Complete Roofing Solutions offers an exclusive extended warranty option to our sloped roofing customers. Our Platinum Warranty coverage is the best in the industry. For the ultimate in ‘peace of mind protection’ our customers can purchase a superior product and workmanship warranty for their new roof.

Our Master Elite status with the shingle manufacturers allows us to enroll our customers in the non pro-rated 100% replacement warranties offered on today’s shingles. Complete Roofing Solutions is able to offer extended manufacturers warranties for GAF, Certainteed and Owens Corning.

The Platinum Warranty also extends the time frame of our normal 10-year workmanship warranty and includes coverage not traditionally found in a ‘workmanship warranty.’ The Platinum Warranty includes the GAF- Sure Start -50 year no prorated material warranty with our labour warranty. That warranty covers you for as long as you own your house, includes repairs to the roof because of animal damage and covers repairs to the roof from winds that exceed the manufacture warranty (up to 2squares).

WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Complete Roofing Solutions under the Gold Warranty does not cover damage resulting from animals or winds exceeding the manufacturer’s warranty.

Complete Roofing Solutions does not warranty any repair work or partial projects unless agreed to in writing prior to the commencement of work.

Complete Roofing Solutions does not cover damage resulting from snow and ice damming.

Complete Roofing Solutions warranty coverage is limited to the roof and or aluminum work completed and does not cover any interior damage that may result.

Complete Roofing Solutions will not warranty any skylight repairs unless the skylights were replaced at the same time the roof was replaced.

Complete Roofing Solutions will not be held liable for any disturbances that occur in the home at the time of construction due to vibration (i.e. pictures or wall hangings falling from the walls, small cracks in the ceiling or nail pops occurring in the drywall or plaster).

Complete Roofing Solutions will not be held responsible for any satellite dish reception issues that may occur after the roof installation. We recommend the dish not be installed onto the shingles whenever possible.
